Held in the Orewa College Staff Room on Wednesday 20 August 2026, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, this hui is for whānau interested in our Rumaki Reo Māori programme for 2026.
Come along to learn more about this exciting kaupapa for Year 7 and 8 ākonga, designed to nurture te reo Māori in a supportive, immersive learning environment. You will meet our dedicated teaching team, hear about the curriculum and vision, and have the chance to ask questions and share your aspirations.
Whether your whānau is new to kura kaupapa or already on a reo Māori journey, we warmly welcome you to explore what the rumaki pathway at Orewa College could offer your tamariki.

6:00pm: Q&A and kōrero with kaiako
6:30pm: Hui concludes
Parking available onsite via Driveway 1, Riverside Road entrance.
