1971年，二位農專同學，學校畢業，在親情與鄉情的召喚下，相伴返回濁水溪畔農鄉，紮根鄉土，耕讀生活，懷抱友善田野夢想，將種樹、做田心得，轉化為文學作品，超過半世紀，近日各自輯錄成冊，不約而同出版，實在巧合。
