Founded in 1985, the Community Services Center is a non-profit organization committed to supporting Taiwan's international and third-culture community in navigating the emotional, cultural, and practical adjustments of life in Taiwan through counseling, education, and community resources. As a licensed mental health counseling center, we provide professional counseling services in both English and Chinese. Beyond counseling, we offer a variety of programs and events, including cooking classes, Chinese language courses, tours, and cultural workshops—all designed to help you feel at home in Taiwan.
