主題 Theme : 能量舞靜心 Energy Dance Meditation
活動一開始,會有簡短引導及暖身。接著進入完整五韻狂喜舞波動,過程無帶領,每一個人將創造出自己獨一無二的個人體驗。
There will be a short introduction and warm-up, and after that we dance a 5 Rhythm Ecstatic Dance Wave without any guide, where everybody will create their own personal experience.
活動內容包含短靜心、舞後歡慶舞,以及能量圈。
This event includes a short meditation, after-dance and Energy Circle.

Paritosh 在他的「能量舞靜心工作坊」中提供空間和音樂,讓大家用帶有玩心、自由的方式動身體,以擴展能量,釋放壓力,找到自己獨一無二的舞動風格和方式。舞出專屬於自己的舞。一旦重新與自己的身、心連結,與其他舞者的交流也會自然發生,自發性的、愉悅的。敞開心也變得容易。
讓自己舞出狂喜,全然投入當下,不受任何頭腦干擾,是非常具療癒力且有力量的體驗。最終創造出更多喜悅、愛、生命力、清晰、健康和內在平靜,同時也能將這些品質帶回日常生活中。
在暖身時間,我們共同創造一個安全的空間來跳舞,並準備自己的身體,讓它可以自由地、不受限制地狂野舞動。在主要的舞動階段,每個人負起自己的責任,依照各自步調,臣服於音樂韻律中,不受頭腦介入,全然投入舞動,讓自己進入狂喜狀態。Paritosh 在這部分不會進行引導,給予每個人找到自己舞動方式的自由。這是一種動態式靜心,所以我們在這個階段不說話,只是舞動,並在舞中相遇 (與自己,也與他人相遇) 。在這個動態式靜心最後,我們將身體交給大地,安靜冥想。在那之後,通常會有一段簡短的歡慶舞和分享圈。
Paritosh 會留心歌詞內容,選擇帶有成長訊息,而不是有關相互依賴 (如大多數歌曲) 的歌。活動中的音樂具多元性,你可以預期在一晚中聽到各式各樣音樂風格。歌曲播放次序使用 Gabrielle Roth所創的五韻舞形式。五韻包含:流動 * 斷奏 * 混亂 * 抒情 * 寂靜。
【重要注意事項 】
→ 這是一個無手機干擾的活動,除非經特別宣布並徵得參加者同意,否則我們也不拍照。手機需要關機或至少設為靜音。其實,很多人 (即使自己沒有意識到) 都需要幾個小時不受手機干擾與分心的時光,以便獨處,與自身的需求及感受同在,平靜地活在此時此地。
→ 建議將整場活動視為一個完整過程、一場靜心。一旦加入,就請承諾參加整場活動,從準備和暖身時間,一直到最後的整合階段。
如果需要提前離開,請務必告訴我們,以便協助你並避免干擾舞動能量。
這是一個具療癒力的活動,因此有可能帶出深層議題及恐懼。如果你能夠跟這些待在一起,甚至透過舞動表達出來,這個活動將會改變你的生命。在這個團體中,我們彼此支持,共同度過可能出現的困難時刻。允許自己受到你周圍舞者所共創的能量場滋養,並在需要時尋求幫助。
【以下這些小提示可以幫助你在這個活動裡經驗更多蛻變】
→ 呼吸。呼吸可以移動能量。如果你發現自己待在頭腦裡聽著自己的念頭,只需做個深呼吸,重新感受身體,允許它跟隨音樂舞動。
→ 覺知其他舞者的空間。有些人沉浸在獨舞,有些人則敞開接受與他人在舞中連結。如果有人靠近你,而你希望與自己單獨在一起,可以友好地雙手合十表示感謝,並以此表達出你想獨舞的需求。
→ 我們不需要以特定的方式跳舞或模仿他人。信任你的身體,允許它,以它想要的方式,在當下韻律中自由舞動,而不是用力去跳出一支舞。
→ 在這個活動中,沒有正確或錯誤的舞動方式。每個人都跟隨當下能量,以自己獨一無二的方式舞動。選擇保持在舞動的流中,不需要屈服於頭腦所發出的聲音,諸如需要休息或不喜歡這首音樂……保持舞動。這是一種動態式靜心,即使其中某些音樂會帶出較內在而非外在的舞動。
→ 是否能充分從活動中受益完全取決在你,而不是老師。這也是這個活動如此賦能的原因!它幫助每個人變得更成熟!
Paritosh provides the space and music at his Energy Dance Meditation Events for people to move their body in a playful and free way to expand their energy, release the burdens and find their own unique style and ways to move. Dancing their own dance. Once connected again with their own heart and body, meetings with other dancers will happen natural, playful and spontaneous. Opening the heart will become easy.
Dancing yourself into Ecstasy, being totally into the moment without any mind left, is a very healing and empowering experience. It all result in more joy, love, aliveness, clarity, health and inner peace that can be brought back into the daily life.
During the warm-up time we create together a safe space to dance in and preparing the body to be free to move wild and unlimited. During the main dance part, everybody takes their own responsibility and follow their own pace to surrender to the rhythms of the music, to be total in the dance without any mind involved, dancing yourself into ecstasy. Paritosh will not guide in this part, giving everybody the freedom to find their own way. It's a moving meditation, so we don't talk during this part, just dance and meeting in the dance (meeting yourself and others). This moving meditation ends in silent meditation, where we give our bodies to the earth. After that we have mostly a short celebration dance and a sharing circle.
Paritosh pays attention to the lyrics of songs, choosing those who have a messages of growth, rather than songs about co-dependency (like actually a lot of songs). It's a eclectic music event, what means that you can expect all styles of music in one night. Music will be arranged in the format of 'wave dance', using the 5 Rhythms as introduced by Gabrielle Roth. The 5 Rhythms in wave dance are 'Flowing * Staccato * Chaos * Lyrical * stillness'
【Important notices】
—> It's a phone free event and we also will not take pictures unless specially announced and with agreement of the participants. Phones need to be off or at least in silent mode. Actually so many people (even without their own knowing) are in need to have a few hours without their phone interrupting and distracting them. Just to be with themselves, present with their own needs and feelings, just being here and now in peace.
—> It's advised to see the whole event as one process, one meditation. If you sign up, commit for the whole event. From preparation and warm-up to the integration part at the end.
If there is still a need to leave early, always let us know and we see how to take care without the dance energy being disturbed.
This event can bring up deep issues and fears as it is a healing event. If you can stay with it or even dance it, then this event can change your life. In this group we support each other to get through any difficult moment that can occur. Allow yourself to feel nourished by the energy field created by all the dancers around you and reach out when needed.
【Here are still some tips to help making this a transforming event for you】
→ Breath. Breathing moves energy. If you find yourself in the mind listening to your own thoughts, just take a deep breath, sense the body again and allow it to move with the ongoing music.
→ Be aware of the space of other dancers. Some are in their alone dance, some are open to connect with somebody through dance. If somebody approach you and you prefer to stay with yourself, just give a friendly namaste sign. Both as a thank you, and to express your need to dance alone.
→ We don't need to do the dance in a certain way, or copy others. Trust your own body and allow it to move as it want to move with the Rhythm of the moment, rather than doing the dance.
→ In this event there is no right or wrong way to dance. We all follow the energy of the moment and all of us will dance in our own unique ways. Choose to stay in the flow of the dance, rather than giving in to the thoughts of needing a rest, or not my music,....... Stay moving. It's a moving meditation, even the movements could be more inside than outside for some of the music.
→ The responsibility for having the most out of the event is totally up to you and not the teacher. That's what makes this event so empowering! It helps everybody to mature!

資深心靈導師「帕瑞」投入以身體為導向之身心靈覺醒工作已有33年資歷。 Paritosh provides body oriented awareness work for over 33 years.
包含個人身體工作個案與對談,以及多樣化的身心靈工作坊,包括能量工作、能量舞蹈、內在探索成長與靜心冥想等等。 This includes individual sessions bodywork and counseling, and workshops including energy work, dance, inner exploration and meditation.
他也提供「整體式按摩與直覺脈動按摩師」培訓課程(個人或團體皆可報名)。 He also provide training's in Intuitive Pulsing and Holistic Massage (both group's and individual training and coaching).
