《3C形意拳》是一套開源協作的新內家拳法，以全新的角度體驗數位科技生活的都市修行，古老的形意拳在於捕捉自然界動物的行為生態，那些充斥在日常裡的各種3C產品，已構成我們所熟悉的新自然環境。最高的「形意」境界是「成為」，通過身體行為和精神意會，轉換我們對這些技術物的認知經驗以及彼此的關係。2017年起，藝術家林亭君與不同族群交流，以集體開發工作坊、展演活動等形式，透過形意體會來學習共生，並領略現代新自然，預備具有未來特性的身心調和技術。
本次的《3C形意拳》開發工作坊中，藝術家將示範與介紹這套《3C形意拳》，並協同參與者發展出一套對練招式，繼續組構成適合自己的新拳法。

1.本活動將側拍紀錄。
2.本活動須報名，填寫表單後收到「報名確認信函」才算報名成功；若報名後臨時有事請務必來信取消。
3.工作坊活動人數限15人內，不限年齡背景。
4.建議參與者穿著舒服、適合肢體伸展的服飾
5.工作坊語言：中文為主，英文為輔

“3C Xing Yi Quan” is an open source new style of martial arts that imitates the body language and characteristics of technological 3C products (3C is Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics.) Xing Yi Quan is a form of internal martial arts and is based on capturing the essence of animal behavioral ecology. Through informed movements, the exercise fosters deeper understanding of familiar technological gadgets that are an intimate part of our daily lives. The highest ‘Xing Yi 形意’ is ‘to be’, learn from these products by imitation, experience, and cohabitation, in order to find a sense of symbiosis and enjoyment with our new technological nature.

2.This is a reservation-based event. Receiving a confirmed email after filling out the form as a successful registration. If you are unable to attend after registering, please make sure to cancel via email.
3.The workshop is limited to 15 participants of any age and background.
4.Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing.
5.The workshop will be conducted primarily in Chinese with English as a secondary language.
