藝術家黃麗音以創作反思日常飲食系統，透過食物隱喻人生；作家洪愛珠則以文字串起家庭記憶與地方民情，細膩書寫食材背後的身世。本座談邀請兩位創作者，從食物出發，談集體記憶與現代生活的變遷，也思考在重視量產、以消費為導向的食品工業宰制下，我們該如何好好地吃？
