💤Sleep Habits - Resting Bodies: Anne Glassner Workshop
This workshop invites you to slow down, rest, and explore the power of stillness through sensory awareness exercises. Together, we will reflect on rest, sleep, and collective relaxation.
You will be introduced to elements of Eutony, a bodywork approach developed by Gerda Alexander. Eutony helps to perceive and regulate changes in muscle tone—rising with movement, decreasing in sleep—allowing for a more conscious experience of these processes.
How does it feel to surrender to the moment? Can public space serve as a place of relaxation? And how can a tired body claim space? If the weather allows, the workshop concludes with a collective nap—a performative pause in the public space of Treasure Hill Artist Village.
