【美麗中華旅講堂‧桃園場】百年登山鐵路傳奇——從京張鐵路到阿里山鐵路

🌟講座簡介：
1909年通車的京張鐵路，是詹天佑的傑作，展現二十世紀初登山鐵路的技術成就。同一時期，臺灣阿里山鐵路歷經1908年民營化挫折後，在河合鈰太郎主導下於1912年通車，成為另一項工程典範。
這兩條鐵路，雖在不同的地域興築，卻同樣採用「之字形」路線設計與Shay蒸汽機車，均為世界登山鐵路在二十世紀初期的代表性工程。透過講座，一同回顧橫跨海峽兩岸的百年鐵路工程對話，見證技術傳承與文化價值的歷史交會。
