集合：大埔滘松仔園路口小公園。
起步：09:30
途程：約12公里

行程簡介：大埔松仔園→自然教育徑→紅、藍、啡徑→荔枝山坳→山塘新村→大埔港鐵站。
風景簡介：大埔滘自然護理區乃全港覆蓋範圍最廣的次生樹林，
林木茂盛，綠蔭樹下，路況平順，啡徑沿山路而行，間中會穿越
多個竹林，景致優雅。
起點交通：港鐵荔枝角站長沙灣廣場出口巴士總站轉乘，
72(長沙灣─太和)，72A(大圍─大埔工業邨)，73A (愉翠苑)
74A(啟業─太和)，以上各線巴士均於大埔「松仔園」站下車。
綠色小巴 28K (沙田大會堂側─大埔墟東鐡站) 「松仔園」站下車。
終點交通：港鐵東鐵線及往來港九各區之巴士。
