Sound Bath

My intention for my Sound Bath is to help the participants release any unhealthy energetic patterns or blockages in and around the body using the vibrations of my Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. This could be things like trauma stored in the body, poor self-esteem and self talk, suppressed anger or fear, to name a few. The vibrations have a very soothing and clearing affect on the energy field of the body, leaving you with a feeling of being calm and centered, at peace with yourself and others, and an improved mood. Quiets the monkey mind for a deep meditation. please bring your own comfort items for laying on the floor, pads, pillows, blankets etc. Donations greatly appreciated.
