5k Walk in Tahlequah!

Walk, Talk & 5K! Bring the Fam & the Fun!

If you’re in or around the Tahlequah area, I’d love for you to join me for my very first FREE local event this Saturday, the 16th, at 9am!

We’ll be walking a 5k together — no pressure, just a fun way to move, chat, and enjoy the morning. Bring your kids, hubbies, and even the pups!

I’ll be wearing a weighted vest (totally optional!) if you want to add a little extra challenge.

Can’t wait to see some friendly faces out there and spend time together!
