MOF Pierre-Henri Roullard:Ever since he was a kid in his home village, Pierre-Henri Roullard knew exactly what he wanted to do: rule the world of pastry. He started young, apprenticing at a local pastry shop and working his way up from the bottom. After years of honing his skills under renowned pastry chefs and conquering competitions, his dream finally came true in 2023 - he became a Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
