But all the same, I will guide you to love the moment of #silence, #heal your trauma to rest your mind or just jot down all your worries and stress to #solve them and clean all the cobwebs in your head, do #yoga, do emotional processing, crying to the max or releasing your stress to the max, and have the spiritual healing at night in the #loveyourself time 4square emotion and back to #innocence #workshops, then have some #closure, self #reconciliation and together we watch the #stars for #relaxation and #deep #sleep.... Then wake up early for the #breathingexercises, forgiveness activity, burn the regrets and #hug the #trees Have a joyful breakfast, start a new day new beginning, #play for fun #teambuilding on acting singing and dancing then done, roam around Tagaytay, buy coffee, take selfie, enjoy and be equipped with wellness for #peace #leadership tips and come back to the city fresh and #rejuvenated Yes!
