Postpartum Workouts with Dr. Liz Rogers

Join Dr. Liz Rogers, PT, DPT each Wednesday, beginning 8/20, for fun and effective workouts for those who are pregnant, newly postpartum, or were pregnant years ago...that you can bring your baby to!

Circuits will include a mix of low impact, but high intensity cardio, weight lifting, and core training to empower you to return to activity safely, with the guidance of an expert.

Classes are gentle enough for all skill levels, and we can easily modify your movements to make this workout work best for you.

$20 per session, but no sign up required! Join us for a fun and effective workout, without dealing with the hassle of finding a sitter.
