Pierce County SUD Providers’ Roundtable

Hybrid available.

Purpose:

• Provide a space for providers to connect, build relationships, and share updates, best practices, and needs.
• Create a unified, collaborative approach to building a continuum of care for our community.

Goals/Outcomes:

• High level understanding of the different SUD providers and who they primarily serve.
• Identify at least 3 opportunities to improve patient care via direct collaboration of provider agencies (including dedicated discussion of challenges and potential solutions).
• Create a mechanism(s) to follow up on desired collaborative efforts.

Notes:

• Facilitation will be provided to support as many voices being heard as possible.
• Snacks & beverages will be available.
