Theme/Color: Holiday colors!

Attire: Dress in whatever makes you feel sexy with a naughty list holiday feels! This is your sign to step out of your comfort zone. Remember, this experience focuses on owning your femininity and enjoying how incredible that feels. No judgements, no expectations, no rules.

✅ Tanks, crop tops, sports bras, athletic clothing, t-shirts
✅ Sexy pajamas, booty shorts, leggings, leggings
✅ Sexy accessories such as fishnets, lace, or thigh highs
❌ Avoid corsets (they restrict movement)

Shoes:
✅ Socks/knee high socks
✅ Dance heels
❌ Stillettos (you need ankle support!)

Shoes: Heels are fun to dance in but they are completely optional! Do what you are comfortable with.
Hair: Wear your hair down or in a ponytail for you to whip around.
Makeup: Natural or glammed up - you choose.
What to bring: Water, yoga mat, and a hair tie in case you need it.

Info: This is an experience, not just a dance class! We will spend some time making sure waivers are signed, getting pumped up, taking pictures, releasing any jitters, and introducing ourselves before we start dancing.

Info: After warming up, we’ll jump into a fun, beginner-friendly routine that’ll get your heart pumping and your body moving. This is all about tapping into your sexy side, feeling confident, and having a blast while doing it! Get ready to laugh, sweat, and feel sexy.

Info: Cool down stretch, self love mediation and closing. This is when you will be cooling down with a stretch and self-love meditation. Essential oil scented aromastickers will be provided!
