Get your seasonal flu vaccine!

Patients must be 3+ years of age. Bring a picture ID and your insurance cards— medical and pharmacy. An adult must accompany patients under the age of 18.

The clinic is organized by the Saint Patrick Catholic Church Health Ministry and administered by Purdy Costless Pharmacy

Dublin, the therapy dog 🐕, will be on-site to comfort kids (and adults). You don't need to make an appointment.

Bring with you
✅ A copy of all insurance cards, including Medical and Pharmacy
✅ Photo ID (such as driver's license or government-issued ID)
✅ Vaccine Administration Record if they have one and would like it updated

Consent Forms will be available at the clinic.
