About the event
August Dance Drafts at Manuscript (Bachata)
"Dance Drafts" is an ALL AGES event focusing on learning social dances together and being confident about body awareness spins and dance styles. Everything is guided from warm-ups to style options! This event is for Trans /and Queer folks who are ready to get onto the dance floor with each other! Right now we are alternating between Bachata (even months) and West Coast Swing (odd months).
About our organization: Trans/Queer Partners in Dance focuses on creating accessible partner dance experiences and connections for folks who are trans queer BIPOC and/or disabled -- creating inclusive learning experiences for all types of learners and abilities. All funds help support events like these to continue.
Any contributions beyond the suggested support price that are intended as donations will not be refunded, as they support the mission of Trans Queer Partners in Dance.
If you need to cancel your registration for whatever reason, full refunds are available when requested up to 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
If financial hardship or other circumstances arise please reach out to transqueerdance@gmail.com or (206) 552-9181 to discuss alternative arrangements. We are committed to ensuring that no one is turned away for lack of funds.
