1st Sunday Everwalk

Have you seen the movie Nyad with Annette Benning And Jodie Foster? It's a true story about Diana Nyad swimming from Cuba to Florida. Diana created EVERWALK NATION along with Bonnie Stoll to promote movement in our society. I am proud to be the Everwalk Ambassador for Tacoma! Please come join me at Wright Park the first Sunday of every month at 9am to promote movement, joy and health while walking. I will be at the Dancing Girl statues about 8:50 to meet those who come to walk. Everyone is welcome, no matter your speed. Do one lap or more!
