Το εργαστήριο εστιάζει στην παρουσία του ώριμου σώματος στο θέατρο, αντλώντας έμπνευση από την ποίηση του Fernando Pessoa. Πώς το σώμα αφηγείται την εμπειρία του χρόνου; Πώς μεταμορφώνεται σε σκηνικό τοπίο που κουβαλά μνήμη, φθορά αλλά και δύναμη και αντοχή;
Μέσα από θεατρικές ασκήσεις και σωματικούς αυτοσχεδιασμούς, οι συμμετέχοντες/ουσες θα διερευνήσουν αποσπάσματα από έργα του Pessoa. Το ώριμο σώμα δεν κρύβεται· διεκδικεί τη θέση του στη σκηνή, γίνεται κεντρικός πρωταγωνιστής, ζωντανό αρχείο εμπειριών και συναισθημάτων. Το εργαστήριο ενθαρρύνει τη συνύπαρξη διαφορετικών γενιών και τη σύνθεση μικρών σκηνικών δράσεων που αποτυπώνουν τη σχέση ηλικίας, μνήμης και ταυτότητας. Η τελική παρουσίαση θα είναι μια θεατρική αφήγηση όπου το σώμα γίνεται ποίηση: ένα τοπίο εποχών, εμπειριών και μεταμορφώσεων.

Θεοδώρα Τζήμου
Mεγάλωσε στα Γιάννενα, όπου και συνεχίζουν να κατοικούν οι γονείς της, είναι ηθοποιός, και απόφοιτος του Εθνικού Θεάτρου. Το 2024 πρωταγωνίστησε στην παράσταση Ο Γλάρος, σε σκηνοθεσία Δημήτρη Καρατζά, κρατώντας τον ρόλο της Ακάρντινας, που απέσπασε διθυραμβικές κριτικές. Έχει βραβευτεί με το βραβείο πρώτου γυναικείου ρόλου για την ταινία Πανδώρα του Σταμπουλόπουλου στο φεστιβάλ Θεσσαλονίκης. Επίσης είχε υπάρξει τέσσερις φορές υποψήφια για το ίδιο βραβείο.
Συνεργάζεται εδώ και 23 χρόνια με τον Μιχαήλ Μαρμαρινό. Έχει συνεργαστεί με τους Λευτέρη Βογιατζή, Νίκο Μαστοράκη, Γιάννη Χουβαρδά, Νικίτα Μιλιβόγιεβιτς, Γιάννη Κακλέα, Δημήτρη Καραντζά και πολλούς άλλους. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε είκοσι ταινίες μεγάλου μήκους και σε πολλές μικρού. Έχει συμμετάσχει επίσης σε τηλεοπτικά σήριαλ. Έχει διδάξει στη Ανωτέρα Σχολή Δραματικής Τέχνης Πέτρας. Το 2024 ανέλαβε με τη συνεργάτιδά της Γιώτα Παναγή, τον σχεδιασμό και την καλλιτεχνική διεύθυνση του Θερινού Μαντείου, με παρουσίαση στο αρχαίο θέατρο της Δωδώνης και τίτλο «Η Αρχιτεκτονική της αναμονής».
Γιώτα Πανάγη
Γεννημένη στα Ιωάννινα, ζει στην Αθήνα και εργάζεται ως δραματουργός, ηθοποιός, μουσικός και εκπαιδευτικός στο χώρο του θεάτρου. Ξεκίνησε τις σπουδές της στο θέατρο, από τη Δραματική Σχολή Δήλος, και στη συνέχεια εκπαιδεύτηκε δίπλα σε καταξιωμένους καλλιτέχνες, ενώ έχει συμμετάσχει και σε masterclasses στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Η επαγγελματική της πορεία εκτείνεται σε πολλαπλά πεδία της θεατρικής πράξης, από την υποκριτική και τη δραματουργία έως τη θεατρική εκπαίδευση και την παραγωγή. Έχει συνεργαστεί με το Φεστιβάλ Αθηνών και Επιδαύρου, το Εθνικό Θέατρο, τη Στέγη Γραμμάτων και Τεχνών Ωνάση, καθώς και με το ΔΗ.ΠΕ.ΘΕ. Ιωαννίνων, όπου ανέλαβε την παραγωγή θεατρικής παράστασης το 2020-2021 με την ομάδα ΣΥΝ ΠΛΗΝ ΤΡΙΑ. Το 2024 συνεργάστηκε ξανά με το Θερινό Μαντείο και την Θεοδώρα Τζήμου, αυτή τη φορά ως μία από της υπεύθυνες του σχεδιασμού και της καλλιτεχνικής διοργάνωσης, καθώς και ως σύμβουλος δραματουργίας. Έχει σχεδιάσει και υλοποιήσει εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα για εφήβους και νέους, ενώ έχει αναλάβει τη δραματουργία και τη σκηνοθεσία παραστάσεων και δράσεων στον δημόσιο χώρο. Έχει ενεργό συμμετοχή σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα που επικεντρώνονται στην ανανέωση της δραματουργίας του Αρχαίου Δράματος και έλαβε μέρος στο διαγωνιστικό κομμάτι της ελληνικής αποστολής στην Prague Quadrennial με μια performance για τη σωματική αναπηρία στον δημόσιο χώρο.

The body’s journey through time in poetry
Theatre workshop
The workshop focuses on the presence of the mature body in theater, drawing inspiration from the poetry of Fernando Pessoa. How does the body narrate the experience of time? How does it transform into a scenic landscape that carries memory, decay, but also strength and resilience?
Through theatrical exercises and physical improvisations, participants will explore excerpts from Pessoa’s works. The mature body does not hide; it claims its place on stage, becoming the central protagonist, a living archive of experiences and emotions. The workshop encourages the coexistence of different generations and the creation of small theatrical actions that reflect the relationship between age, memory, and identity.
The final presentation will be a theatrical narrative where the body becomes poetry: a landscape of eras, experiences, and transformations.

Theodora Tzimou
She grew up in Ioannina, where her parents still reside. She is an actress and a graduate of the National Theatre of Greece. In 2024, she starred in the play The Seagull, directed by Dimitris Karantzas, portraying the role of Arkadina, which received rave reviews. She was awarded Best Actress at the Thessaloniki Film Festival for her performance in Stamoulopoulos’ film Pandora. She has also been nominated for the same award four times.
For 23 years, she has collaborated with Michail Marmarinos. She has also worked with Lefteris Vogiatzis, Nikos Mastorakis, Yiannis Houvardas, Nikita Milivojevic, Yiannis Kakleas, Dimitris Karantzas, and many others. She has appeared in twenty feature films and numerous short films. Additionally, she has participated in several television series.
She has taught at the Higher School of Dramatic Art of Petra. In 2024, she, along with her collaborator Giota Panagi, took on the design and artistic direction of the Summer Oracle, presented at the ancient theater of Dodoni under the title The Architecture of Waiting.
Giota Panagi
Born in Ioannina, she lives in Athens and works as a dramaturg, actor, musician, and theater educator. She began her theater studies at the Dilos Drama School and then continued her education with renowned artists in Greece and abroad. Her professional career spans multiple fields of theatrical practice—from acting and dramaturgy to theater education and production. She has collaborated with the Athens and Epidaurus Festival, the National Theatre of Greece, and STEGI- Onassis Cultural Centre, as well as with the Municipal Theatre of Ioannina, where she managed the production of a theatrical performance in 2020–2021 with the group SYN PLIN TRIA. In 2024, she again partnered with the Summer Oracle and Theodora Tzimou, this time serving as one of the individuals responsible for design and artistic organization, in addition to acting as a dramaturgy consultant. She has designed and implemented educational programs for adolescents and young adults, while also taking on the dramaturgy and direction of performances and initiatives in public spaces. Moreover, she actively participates in research programs focused on renewing the dramaturgy of Ancient Drama and took part in the competitive segment of the Greek delegation at the Prague Quadrennial with a performance addressing physical disability in public space.
