Χορεύουμε με την Καρδιά & την Ύπαρξη — λίγο πριν την αλλαγή του χρόνου! Ο χορός είναι ο πιο άμεσος δρόμος πίσω στην καρδιά. Η καρδιά ανοίγει, η ενέργεια ρέει και νιώθουμε ξανά ζωντανοί και παρόντες. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο ξεκινάμε τη χρονιά, γεμάτοι χαρά, παρουσία και καθαρή πρόθεση για όσα έρχονται
Διαλογισμός σύνδεσης με την Καρδιά με την Άννα Samadhi
Λίγο πριν την αλλαγή του χρόνου μαζευόμαστε για να χορέψουμε με την Καρδιά και την Ύπαρξη μας. Λίγο πριν ηχήσει η λύρα και το hang drum θα συνδεθούμε μέσα από το βλέμμα, το άγγιγμα και την καθοδήγηση σύνδεσης με το κέντρο της Καρδιάς μας με την καθαρότητα της Ύπαρξης μας για να υποδεχτούμε την νέα χρονιά χορεύοντας σαν παιδιά!

Ένα Ιερό Ταξίδι Ήχου και Κίνησης
Οι Eleusis Project είναι ένα μουσικό σύνολο που γεννήθηκε στην Ελλάδα με την πρόθεση να δημιουργήσει μια βαθιά, μυσταγωγική εμπειρία ακρόασης — ένα πέρασμα σε μια εκστατική κατάσταση ύπαρξης.
Ο ήχος τους συνδυάζει τη γήινη αντήχηση παραδοσιακών οργάνων, όπως η Αρχαία Ελληνική λύρα, το ούτι, το handpan και το didgeridoo, με τις αιθέριες υφές της ηλεκτρονικής downtempo μουσικής.
Κάθε παράσταση είναι ένα ταξίδι· ένας ζωντανός ιστός από ρυθμούς και μελωδίες που προσκαλούν σε ενδοσκόπηση, σύνδεση και υπέρβαση.

“Ecstatic Journey”
Μέσα από τον εκστατικό χορό συν-δημιουργούμε έναν ιερό χώρο, όπου μπορούμε να βιώσουμε αποδοχή, χαρά και σύνδεση με κομμάτια του εαυτού μας που συχνά λησμονούμε μέσα στην καθημερινότητα.
Κινούμαστε ελεύθερα, με εμπιστοσύνη στη ροή της μουσικής, αφήνοντας το σώμα να εκφραστεί όπως έχει ανάγκη.
Ο ρυθμός αφυπνίζει το εσωτερικό μας παιδί, γεννώντας μια βαθιά διαισθητική εμπειρία.
Το ταξίδι αυτό λειτουργεί καθαρτικά και αναζωογονητικά για σώμα, νου και πνεύμα· μας επανασυνδέει με την πηγή της χαράς και της ευεξίας, που αποτελεί την πρωταρχική κατάσταση της ύπαρξής μας.
Ροή Εμπειρίας
Ξεκινάμε με έναν διαλογισμό που θα μας καθοδηγήσει να συνδεθούμε με το κέντρο της Καρδιάς μας και την καθαρότητα της Ύπαρξης μας για να υποδεχτούμε την νέα χρονιά με εστιασμένη πρόθεση. Έπειτα οδηγούμαστε σε ένα κινητικό ζέσταμα που μας προετοιμάζει να αφεθούμε στην παρουσία του ρυθμού και της αρμονίας που διαπερνά τον κόσμο εντός και εκτός μας. Σταδιακά μέσα από την ελεύθερη κίνηση βιώνουμε κάθαρση, αναζωογόνηση και ενότητα με το σώμα, τον νου και το πνεύμα.

Χορεύω για εμένα, με σεβασμό στους γύρω μου και στον χώρο.
Χορεύω ξυπόλυτη/ος, ριζώνω στη γη και υψώνομαι προς τον ουρανό.
Χορεύω νηφάλια/ος, βιώνοντας την έκσταση που ήδη κατοικεί μέσα στα κύτταρά μου.

A Sacred Journey of Sound and Movement
Eleusis Project is a musical ensemble born in Greece with the intention of creating a deep, initiatory listening experience — a passage into an ecstatic state of being.
Their sound combines the earthy resonance of traditional instruments, such as the Ancient Greek lyre, the oud, the handpan, and the didgeridoo, with the ethereal textures of downtempo electronic music.
Each performance is a journey; a living weave of rhythms and melodies that invite introspection, connection, and transcendence.

Ecstatic Journey
Through ecstatic dance, we co-create a sacred space where we can experience acceptance, joy, and connection with parts of ourselves that we often forget in everyday life.
We move freely, trusting the flow of the music, allowing the body to express itself as it needs.
The rhythm awakens our inner child, generating a deep intuitive experience.
This journey acts as a cleansing and revitalizing process for body, mind, and spirit; reconnecting us with the source of joy and well-being, which is the primordial state of our existence.
Experience Flow
We begin with a meditation that guides us to connect with the center of our Heart and the purity of our Being, to welcome the new year with focused intention.
Then we move into a movement warm-up, preparing to surrender to the presence of rhythm and harmony that flows through the world within and around us.
Gradually, through free movement, we experience release, rejuvenation, and unity with body, mind, and spirit.
Participation Guidelines
• I dance for myself, with respect for others and the space.
• I dance barefoot, rooting into the earth and rising toward the sky.
• I dance sober, experiencing the ecstasy already living in my cells.
