Rooted in Self-Love is a grounding yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and choose yourself. Through intentional movement and breath, this practice invites you to come back to your body, your breath, and what you need. No experience is required. The session includes a brief welcome and grounding introduction, a guided yoga flow, and a closing moment to reflect and settle, creating a well-rounded experience rather than a continuous 75-minute yoga class.
