We are dancing on SUNDAY this week, September 21st at 12pm, at Absolute Yoga Studio in Woodbury

We'll be dancing in the Equinox energy, an opportunity to find balance within ourselves. I hope you can join us 😊

A quick note, due to scheduling challenges (I'll be traveling in early October) our next class won't be for at least another 4 weeks, so I do hope I get to see you this Sunday!
