Women’s Self Defense Camp

𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘅 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗝𝗶𝘂 𝗝𝗶𝘁𝘀𝘂!

Women’s Self Defense Camp - This will be a deep dive into the mindset, concepts and techniques of practical self defense. Understanding conflict recognition and avoidance, situational awareness (not paranoia), methods to deter potential threats, preparedness, when and how to act, taking action vs reaction, EDC tools/considerations, hands on techniques to stop an attack, plus much more!

4 weeks, 1x per week. $100 Total. Each class will be approx. 1.5hours. Totaling 6 hours of training!
