That's right dancing friends, as we approach the mid-point of our summer we here at Toledo Ballroom want to make sure that we get in a celebration for all of the warm weather that we've had, and for all the lovely sunny days that we have left!
Summer nights are meant for us to soak in the fun and enjoy each and every moment we get. Come on out, meet new people, and make some memories with us as we let loose on the dance floor and have a good time!
Whether you're looking for a fun way to meet new people, get out of the house and stretch your legs, or you want to change things up and do something different for a date night, our Practice Dance Parties are SO MUCH FUN! The parties always have a mix of dancers, from those who have never danced Ballroom before to those who have been dancing for years. If you're new to Ballroom/Latin/Swing dancing, we encourage you to check out the Beginner Group Class (at 8pm) right before the party.
*Light snacks and bottled water will be provided, however you're always welcome to bring your own drink/snack.
*Open Dancing 9pm-10:30pm
*No partner required, but inviting your friends is always encouraged!
*No dance experience required to join in on the fun!
*Reservations are not required, but are recommended.
*Admission:
$10 per person (for the party) or $15 per person (class + party)
---> Come early to BEGINNER Ballroom + Latin GROUP CLASS from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. It's a great way to pick up the basics to use throughout the evening.
WHAT TO WEAR...?
*Beach Party/Summer THEME (shorts/sunglasses/summer/beach attire/etc.) Remember, this is a party. It's a chance to dress up and have a little fun! Whether you have been married 25 years, or you are single looking to meet new people, it never hurts to dress to impress and make the most of the evening. However, if your not in the spirit of dressing up to our "Beach Theme" well that's okay, we would still love to have you!
