Paddleboard Yoga with Holly Cipriani

Join Outdoor Sylvania and Downtown Yoga 419 for this unique yoga experience on the water! Center yourself in nature, finding balance in both mind and body with the water below you and the sky above. This all-levels yoga and meditation class will take place on a SUP board and is suitable for new and seasoned yogis and paddlers alike. No SUP experience is needed! Just bring a light heart and an open mind. We’ll see you out there!
Recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes in case you go for an unplanned splash in the pond.
Ages 10 & up. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult; pre-registration is required.
Classes take place at Olander Park boat dock, just past Nederhouser Hall. You are welcome to bring your own flotation device and/or paddleboard to the class.
