Dried Flower Necklace Workshop by Beautifully Dried

Come join Beautifully Dried for a make and take experience with dried flowers. Craft your very own personalized necklace: a miniature glass orb or vial filled with dried flowers, buds, petals, herbs, and a selection of raw rocks, gems, and minerals.

Learn the language of flowers as we dive into the symbolism and meanings behind the different specimens. For example, did you know Yarrow is known to signify courage and bravery and that its scientific name “Achillea” originates from the Greek name “Achilles”, the greatest warrior in the Trojan War?

Choose to assemble your necklace with color or variety in mind, or assemble with intention focusing on the meanings of the materials before you. Work towards themes of peace, love, hope, or joy. The options are endless! Once your pendant of choice is filled, we’ll focus on attaching the jewelry hardware: chain, connectors, and clasps.

*Be prepared for fine, meticulous work with small pieces.

*Crafting tweezers and a few jewelry needle nose pliers will be available to share. (Feel free to bring your own crafting pliers if you have them.)

*Premade necklaces in various themes will also be available for purchase after class. Cash or card accepted and payable directly to Beautifully Dried.

Beautifully Dried is a small business located near Lyons, Ohio that creates a variety of products ranging from gifts and décor, to items for the house and home, and bath and body.

Items are created with a wide assortment of dried materials: flowers, grasses, fruits, herbs, spices, and so much more! Each piece is delicately hand-crafted and ninety percent of all natural materials used are home grown, hand harvested, and dried on site. Owner Lindsay Daniels strives to encourage a love for the simple things, showcasing natural beauty and finding appreciation for everything around us.

-Doors open at 5:30pm for a private shopping experience at Beautiful Blooms and 10% off our beautiful gift shop! Class starts promptly at 6pm and goes until 7:30pm. Presentation first and crafting to follow.

-$40 per person. Pre-registration required. Limited space available.

-If minimum registration requirements are not met, class may be canceled and all paid parties will be refunded.
