This class will help you give you an understanding of your patterns and provide tools to support you.
Think connecting your tight hip flexors to how your shoulders feel. Think releasing tight shoulder blades to gain further mobility in your arm.

Pam Lough is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher and is well on her way to becoming an lAYT certified Yoga Therapist and C-RRSM Yoga Nidra instructor. She’s excited to bring therapeutic yoga to Sylvan Lake and help people increase their mobility without overextending themselves.
