“Restorative yoga meets physio” Take a deep dive into exactly how your body feels. In this fun and interactive workshop, you’ll discover techniques to calm the nervous system to address pain and dysfunction, nurture body awareness, and re-pattern movement habits. Moving with ease is possible.

Please note this is not a posture yoga class. However offers various fine elements of yoga which are included to help in your process.

Pam Lough is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher and is well on her way to becoming an lAYT certified Yoga Therapist and C-RRSM Yoga Nidra instructor. She’s excited to bring therapeutic yoga to Sylvan Lake and help people increase their mobility without overextending themselves.
