Enjoy a cold Innovation Station Brewing Co. Beer while you enjoy a night out and create your very own Scented Wax Melter to keep or to gift!! This comes with the tea light too!
These are pictures from a recent class and the pieces are not yet glazed. You will be making similar pieces and given ideas on variations making it truly your own. You get to pick your colors!
No previous experience required. I walk you through the entire process. We’ll be using Stoneware clay. You’ll receive a pre slab rolled piece of clay, which you will then smooth out, cut out, and form into your very own piece. You’ll be joining the sides and adding a bottom forming it into the proper cylinder shape for the base. You’ll be able to carve decorative patterns or holes to provide ventilation. The top bowl wilI fashioned separately. I provide all tools and materials necessary to create your piece: Instruction, ware boards to shape and manage your clay project. Slab rolled clay, patterns, tools for smoothing, texturing, cutting, finishing and shaping your piece.
We’ll talk about color options and you’ll be able to pick your glazes!
The pieces created will then be brought back to my studio for drying and bisque & glaze firing. Finished glazed projects will be returned to Innovation Station for pick up, within 3 to 4 weeks of class, allowing time for dryings, bisque firing and glazing & glaze firing .
Classes are non refundable. I will ship to you if desired for $10.
