Pickleball Performance Group Class

The sport of Pickleball is competitive, social, and physical. With a low point of entry for most involved it has been widely accepted in most communities. It can be incorporated into any lifestyle and played at any level. The short-term and long-term physical health and neurological benefits of playing are vast. Unfortunately, it comes with a high risk of injury, sometimes leading to chronic pain. Pickleball's rotational and deceleration loads on the body while playing even casual, social pickleball result in injures such as torn/strained hamstrings, shoulder rotators, elbow tendinitis, and stress the integrity of knees and spinal vertebrae.

Renewed Strength’s Pickleball Performance class addresses the risk of injury all while improving performance, two desirable elements in any sport. Play better while minimizing if not all together preventing injuries. From a training focus, performance and injury prevention should always go hand in hand. This class is for anyone who plays pickleball, at any age and level, looking to play better pain free pickleball for life. Strength, mobility and coordination as it relates to Pickleball will all be improved.
