Through focused hip and heart-opening practices, this workshop is designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and create space in body and mind for the possibilities of a new year.
Our hips are often where we store stress, emotion, and energetic blockages, while the heart space holds our capacity for connection, compassion, and courage. By gently and mindfully working into these areas, we create room for fresh beginnings.
