Join us for a deep-dive, hands-on, personalized yoga experience designed to help you feel more confident, strong, and connected on your mat.
What makes this workshop special?
You choose the poses. Before the workshop you’ll send in 1–3 poses you want to explore — anything from Down Dog to Crow.
We break them down together. Learn exactly where to place your hands, how to modify for your body, and how to move in a way that feels safe + powerful.
Hands-on support (or verbal cueing). Get individualized attention to help you refine, adjust, and truly understand your alignment.
Feel the difference. After exploring each pose slowly, we’ll weave them into a guided flow so your body can integrate what you’ve learned.

A flowing sequence using the poses you chose
