4-Week Adult Variety Dance Session - Let's Dance - Level 1

Welcome Dancers! This 4-Week session is perfect for BEGINNER level Adult Dancers of all ages and fitness levels (19 & over).

What to expect:
Come explore this low impact, beginner level movement and dance session which will expose participants to different forms of dance. The best part? While our participants enjoy the physical benefits that movement and dance provides, they also enjoy the social aspect that dance provides, especially in our very special dance studio space.
