Swindon Hindu Temple will soon join the list of only a handful of Temples in United Kingdom to have Mahaprabhu Shree Jagannath, elder brother Lord Balabhadra, sister Goddess Devi Maa Subhadra adorn the mandapam in the main mandir garbhagriha. Mahaprabhu Jagannatha is beyond space and time and a symbol of universal love and brotherhood, and thousands of Hindus will soon be blessed to embrace the divine presence of Shri Jagannath Mahaprabhu right here in Swindon every day, offer our true obeisance, seek his divine blessings and infuse our daily life with peace, purpose and profound connection to the spiritual realm.
We are delighted to invite you to the auspicious Jagannath Murti Sthapana ceremony of traditional rituals, prayers, and cultural performances, followed by community feast or prasadam. We look forward to welcoming you to this historic spiritual milestone to partake in the blissful chanting of Jai Jagannatha, Haribol and the divine festivities.
