Morning Yoga Flow

This is a delightfully energising yet deeply relaxing Yoga class where we flow with the breath, strengthen our bodies, and release tension & stress.

We begin slowly - grounding ourselves in lying, seated & kneeling poses, then gradually flow through sun or moon salutations to some stronger standing & balancing poses, and then ease our way back down to the ground finishing with breath-work and a lovely long relaxation.

All levels welcome. I can challenge more experienced yogis while offering modifications to beginners.
