The start of a new school year can be exciting — but it can also bring nerves, changes, and, for some children, worries about bullying.
At **Phoenix Martial Arts**, we believe every child deserves to feel **confident, safe, and supported**. That’s why, thanks to the generous sponsorship of **Gel Studios**, we’re running a **completely FREE Anti-Bullying Workshop** for children aged **5–10 years**.
This special one-hour session will give your child:
* **Confidence-building strategies** to stand tall and speak up
* **Simple, practical tactics** to deal with teasing, name-calling, and peer pressure
* **Skills to make friends** and feel included
* A fun, active experience that gets them moving and smiling
