Thursday Beach Yoga Swansea Bay

Join Nicola Lockhart from Lockhart Yoga and Wellbeing for our Thursday Night Beach Yoga Class. Perfect if you can't make Tuesdays or the weather has let us down.

The class runs from 7-8pm, on the beach by The Observatory on Swansea Bay (the same as Tuesdays). Donation only, all welcome.

Please bring a towel or mat and something to drink.

Nicola is a wonderfully compassionate, inclusive and experienced teacher.

If there is rain and/or high winds the class won't take place.
