A new yoga class is coming to The Swansea Wellbeing Centre on Wednesday mornings (term time only). It's drop-in, everyone's welcome, and we always finish each class with a beautiful crystal bowl journey. No need to book! And mats and props are all provided. Just turn up and enjoy 😊
