In this workshop, you’ll work with:

🧂 Sea Salt – for cleansing and purification
🌿 Rosemary – to strengthen the body and spirit
🌶️ Cinnamon – for energy, vitality, and warmth
🍃 Bay Leaf – to invite protection and healing intentions
🕯️ Green Candle – to seal your jar with the energy of health and renewal
You’ll leave with your own handcrafted Good Health Intention Jar along with a simple ritual guide to continue activating and working with it at home.
