💚 A gentle guided meditation to invoke Green Tara’s loving presence
🎶 Sound immersion with sacred instruments — including crystalline and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, shamanic drums, and Native American flute
🕉 Mantras weaved through to support healing, protection, and inner peace
Let the rich layers of sound help dissolve stress, balance your energy, and open your heart.

🌸 All are welcome — no experience necessary.
🧘 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and anything else for your comfort.
