Find deep relaxation and be bathed in the beautiful sounds and healing vibrations of the Gongs. Bringing balance and harmony to mind, body, and Spirit.

Bring things to be comfy and cosy, e.g. yoga or camping mat, blankets (or sleeping bag) and cushions and bolsters (warm socks etc)

Doors close at 8pm. Please arrive at least 5 mins early to get comfy.
