BAM explorers: Mindful movers

Get ready for an imaginative adventure with BAM Explorers: Mindful Movers! This engaging class, proudly funded by Coast, is perfect for children aged 3 to 6 years.

We'll embark on exciting journeys through themed stories, brought to life with creative movements, soothing breathwork, and delightful music. Each session fosters a connection between Body And Mind, building strength, flexibility, and balance, while encouraging focus and self-awareness through mindful play.

Join us for this FREE special session on August 26th at 2 PM at Sketty Park Community Hall. It's the perfect space for your child to grow, explore, and discover the joy of mindful movement!

BAM explorers: Tiny wiggles and wonder (up to 14 months or pre-walking)- August 20th
BAM explorers: Busy bodies and bright minds (Walking to 3 years)- August 22nd
