The much-loved Swannanoa Community Yard Sale will return to the Ingles parking lot, 2299 US Hwy. 70, on Saturday, October 4, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
With 150+ seller spots, this is the area’s largest yard sale event. Shoppers will find a huge variety of items—everything from household goods, furniture, tools, and clothing to books, toys, antiques, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Whether you’re looking to sell some stuff or score some bargains, the Swannanoa Community Yard Sale is the place to be.
Beyond the great deals, the yard sale is a chance to connect with friends and neighbors, enjoy the community atmosphere, and support a good cause. Proceeds from seller spaces help fund the work of Friends and Neighbors of Swannanoa (FANS), an all-volunteer nonprofit organization serving the Swannanoa community.
To reserve a seller space, visit swannanoafans.org/2025fallyardsale and fill out the vendor form (this is the preferred reservation method), or send an email to
