Halloween Polework or Gridwork

Group polework or Gridwork session 45 minutes.

When you book, choose between polework or Gridwork jumping.
i use a range of patterns and exercises for Polework. Each session takes a different theme but uses the Scales of Training. For example, one session we will focus on straightness, another on suppleness.

Both Polework and Gridwork is gymnastic for the horse and is great for helping a horse and rider establish a good rhythm and for the horse to engage its core strength thereby protecting its back as well as other joints when using its body correctly.

Small groups and concentrating on a confidence boosting session.
