Students that participate in the bootcamp will have the opportunity to get extra training in sparring techniques & preparation for our upcoming Spar Wars Tournament taking place on August 2nd! Students must be in Black Belt/Premier Training to be able to participate & will need all their sparring gear. THIS IS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO GET MANY ADDITIONAL HOURS OF TRAINING TIME AND TO REALLY ACCELLERATE YOUR STUDENT'S PROGRESS IN SPARRING, MAKING THEM 100% READY TO IMPRESS AT OUR NEXT SPAR WARS!
Equipment needed:
Boxing gloves, Shin Guards, Mouth guard, Headgear
Uniform is encouraged but not required
Daily Schedule:
Monday, July 28th - Friday, Aug 1st
9am- First lesson
10am - Games/Snacks
10:30am - Second lesson
11:30am - Lunch
12pm - Third lesson
1pm - Games/ Obstacle course
2pm - Dismissal
