This retreat is for ambitious creative leaders, deep feelers and for you if you desire to fill your own cup,

Our host is our in-house chef who cooks to a standard of a restaurant and will nourish us in her old soulful house right by the water.
Ease is an embodiment principle and I will set up opportunities for you to practice, experience and reflect
on more ways you can bring ease into your professional and personal life.

What to Expect:
Elisabeth is an established professional with many years of experience in the Breathwork and coaching field. Cecilie is an incredible professional host and chef that will ensure all your questions and needs will be met.
Ease Retreat Includes:
- Daily 1-hour conscious connected Breathwork sessions
- Plenty of free time and early nights to rest
- Daily embodiment/teaching segments
- SUP and Kayak trip to near beaches
- Access to Sauna right by the sea
- Light hike in increidlbe Gimsøy
- Room and food are all inclusive
There will also be a chance to do ceramics with Cecilie and book private sessions with Elisabeth at an extra cost.
