Wines
We’ve returned to Lodi, California, to offer two new wines. The first—available with either Judi’s Santa portrait label or as the second-edition label featuring Arthur Rackham’s illustrations of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol—is a unique blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. Aged for 18 months in charred Tennessee bourbon barrels, this wine delivers a bold, barrel-aged finish. Most notably, it has excellent tannin structure and is beautifully balanced, thanks to Lodi’s warm days and cool nights, which allow the Cabernet grapes to mature fully. Although the harvest was small, the grapes were picked at 24° Brix, cold-soaked for three days, and small-lot fermented over a 10-day period. In short, this wine is the embodiment of the Christmas spirit—inside and out. Both wines are from the 2023 vintage and showcase bold, robust character with prominent notes of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate.
The second wine is a wonderful 2024 Sauvignon Blanc featuring a new label designed by Luke that pays homage to the Christmas angel. The wine is whole-cluster pressed and cold-settled, with an extended fermentation period of 30 days. Crafted to be crisp and clean by fermenting it in stainless steel, the non-oxidative handling is maintained post-fermentation through bottling to ensure freshness. Sourced from California, this Sauvignon Blanc has a light, pale gold color and a clean, fresh taste of honeydew and lime, with subtle mineral notes on the nose often associated with Chardonnay.
Fall Chalkware
Join us for the Premier Numbers of two enchanting new chalkware pieces from our 2025 collection—the Medium Trick or Treating Ghost and the Halloween Kitty in Jack O’Lantern—both designed to capture the playful spirit of the season and add character to your fall décor. The Halloween Kitty tells a story of mischievous charm, with a striking black cat, its white paws and snowy nose poking through the grinning mouth of a freshly carved pumpkin, caught in a moment of seasonal whimsy that delights rather than frightens. Complementing it, the Medium Trick or Treating Ghost recalls the handmade innocence of childhood costumes, with a cheerful little spirit cloaked in a classic white sheet, eyes peeking out as he carries a glowing jack-o’-lantern to light his path on a night of laughter and candy collecting. Together, these pieces embody the nostalgic magic of Halloween traditions, making them perfect for a mantel display or as part of a festive centerpiece to welcome the season.
In addition to these two new pieces, enjoy seasonal decorations and past chalkware and ornament collections to start the Halloween season from home!
