Spend some sun worshipping hours together.

Let’s open our hearts together and share in the joy of the summer thanking Mother Earth 🌍

Sun salutations to honour the sun,opening our hearts fully to the coming summer.

Pranayama to harmonise our lunar breath .

Slow flow or free dance, feet in the grass (weather permitting)

Mantra and chanting

A true celebration of summer
