Open the door to a sanctuary of creativity and inner knowing. In this soft, heart-centered space, we’ll ground through guided meditation and soften into presence with compassion and loving kindness.

Awakening the voice of the inner child and trusting our inner wisdom, we will turn to art journaling as a form of creative expression. Giving form to feeling; weaving emotion, memory, and intention into color, image, and word.

Join us for an evening of gentle integration—where stillness inspires expression, intuition leads the way, and creation is honored as a sacred path of wellness.

A sketchbook is recommended as a tool to accompany you on this creative journey.
